We purchased both the breeze hybrid and the ergo pro smart adjustable base. It was expensive but worth every penny. The bed is so comfortable by itself but turn on the massage feature and play some soothing music thru the built in speakers and well, your in Heaven.

Does not record sleep nightly, I have the app open when I go to bed, have recycled the power, and reconnected internet (a couple of times) and it's still constantly hit or miss. Current room temp has always registered as warm, when my room is cold, at least for me. Should be a way to adjust the temperature setting based on the users comfort level. Although I do love the different positions for comfort, these glitches are frustrating especially with how much these cost.

The motor is far from quiet when the bed is being adjusted. Also, the fabric/foam side panels make loud crunching noises when the bed is adjusted. For the price, the bed should support more weight than it does. Im not happy with my purchase.

Greetings, We had a Tempur-ergo-ProSmart Base delivered. The delivery team set it up and quickly left. Regarding the app, they provided zero support. In fact, since we have twin xl's, they ripped off the qr codes from under the base, did not label them, and handed them to us. I'm now on my third iteration of hooking the bases up to our telephones. Right now we can control the proper bed with the proper phone, but the sleep tracker app is sending the same results to both of us. AI says that we must reset the beds and restart everything. Since we don't really know which bed matches up with the qr code, we unplug one of the beds and crawl behind it to reset it. The mattresses themselves are terrific, and the stands seem great. Support from Tempur Pedic is horrible.

I didnt know how much relief my older body would get from the adjustable bed frame. Theres a learning curve...elevate your feet when the head is raised or gravity will cause waking to an unusual bed position. I am si happy that I listened to recommendations.

Love how easy this is to use. I debated whether to purchase this type of base for my new mattress and I'm very happy that I decided to purchase the power base. It's actually increased my sleep quality by allowing me to be even more comfortable.

I recently had my third back surgery. I haven't slept good in about 20 years. Thanks to the guidance of Luke at Mattress Firm, he suggested this Smart Base. We received our purchase and downloaded the Tempur App; which was easy to navigate for us older folks. I got on the app and hit the pre-programed button for prepare to sleep. I don't remember anything after that except waking up the next morning with a sleep score of 92! This base has been a life changing experience. Thank you Tempur Pedic for this wonderful base and for continuous nights of great sleep. Oh and, my back has never felt so good!!

I wish the lumbar support was a standard option because anyone with a sensitive back may need it while sitting up in bed. I also wish I would have bought a split king because using the power base on a queen does not work so well for two people. My spouse and I are opposites. He is 6 ft. I am 5.2, He snores and I rarely do, I have back and leg pain, he has hardly any pain. We require different settings at the same time and it isn't something we can compromise on because one of us will be physically uncomfortable if we use the power base when the other can't sleep with the same setting. So for two people, I imagine you should plan on a split king for comfort and better sleep.

I love the versatility of this base. The bluetooth speaker and soundscape features are amazing. The ProSmart Base paired with the Luxe Breeze mattresses have improved my overall sleep quantity and quality. The only thing I would add is the option to adjust the speaker volume on the remote

Haven't had any issues with the power base frame. Does what it is supposed to do, my only complaint is the legs did loosen over time but not a deal breaker for me. Keep in mind the frame is heavy and could be troublesome for those who can't lift or maneuver it around.

This base has made my temperature regulation while sleeping life changing. I have issues regulating my temperature and this has helped me so much to be more comfortable. It keeps the air circulating and maintains a comfortable temperature without being too cold or warm. The entire system is well designed and state of the art.

I had an older model queen sized adjustable bed and when it gave out, I tried to go cheaper route and get a different model from Tempur-pedic, but it was a disaster. I returned it and gladly got my king-size adjustable base with the massager and it is wonderful. The best part is the lumbar Support. I like that new addition.

The power base and the mattress combination works well together, I sleep so much better now than I did before. However, it does not stop or slow down a person's snoring. I believe because it supports more restful sleeping it only adds to more and louder snoring.

If you're getting this upgraded base mostly for the speaker, save yourself the money and buy a cheaper (and better) soundbar. The speaker works okay when hooked up to my phone. However, when connected to the TV…most of the time I can't hear the audio and volume is at 100% (max). The speaker lacks an actual electronic brand so also having issues connecting the speaker to my TVs universal remote. The speaker function is the main upgrade for this base…it is not worth the extra thousands of dollars.

DONT RECOMMEND, We paid alot for this base and it bent very quickly. One of the legs broke and the base bended on the top half- we have not had a good sleep in a long time as a result. We are not "small" people however were also nowhere near the weight capacity so I was shocked to see how easily it was able to crack. The warranty experience also was not great. The fact that you cannot use the enter amount to cover both the replacement and the shipping is just predatory. I had a remaining amount that would cover the shipping, and then some and I could not use it. Even thought to add some bedsheets to make sure the full amount is used- NOPE. Its out of pocket. Very displeased with my entire experience with tempur-pedic.

I have had my Tempur-pedic mattress for oh my gosh going on 20 years now and it is still a great mattress and my old base wasn't working anymore
I was so happy to upgrade to this one.
I love this design. The fabric on the base keeps my mattress in one place keeps my sheets in one place and I love being able to sit up in bed and have the comfort that I sleep best with with an adjustable bed.
Now with my new bases, I can adjust my bed and sleep great

The Tempur-pedic power base is amazing. The adjustability is better than expected and super quiet when operated. The cooling feature works perfectly and we have not yet tried the heating feature (this is a very hot summer!).
The most amazing part is the sleep analysis where it records your heart rate, breathing rate, REM sleep, deep sleep and when you get up to use the bathroom. Wow! Those FullPower sensors are finely tuned to detect everything just like a sci-fi movie. And getting that sleep analysis email every morning is incredibly helpful to know how well you are sleeping. We have not tried the audio featured but the snoring detector works great by slightly elevating your head when it detects snoring. And keep in mind we have the split king model and it can tell the difference in who (which side of the bed) is snoring. Wow. Everyone should have this! I'll never sleep on any other kind of bed.

I primarily use my EASE power base to elevate my feet above my head and great great relief! What I am more impressed with is I had a part of the frame bend and the customer service has been spectacular. I had no idea that the warranty was that good and that easy to navigate!

Sturdy build, and the wiring is neatly tucked under the frame-nice touch. USB ports on the front sides are handy (though USB-C would be even better). The remote makes it easy to control everything, from underneath lighting to head/foot positioning, and saving favorite positions is a great feature.
My one disappointment: the Sleeptracker-AI sensor pockets sit at the top of the frame, behind the sleeper, and the analytics from that placement were way off. Moving the sensors under the mattress fixed the accuracy-but then what's the point of the built-in pockets? Fix that placement and this is a 5-star base.

Originally, I had not intended to purchase a base but am glad that the salesperson suggested it. It is nice to be able to raise both head and feet on occasion. I did not realize until a while after delivery that it could have been set up about 3 in. lower and asked for it to be done. I have not heard back from the lady I spoke with at our local store, asking for men to return and lower it.

As a disabled veteran, I suffer from chronic pain in most of my major joints and used to struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. The base tracks my sleep for me, gives me a daily email, and I love the snore detector. The base vibrates to wake me and I reposition. I now wake up feeling energized and well rested most mornings.

I love this bed base. It helps in a lot of areas for my body. Everyone's body's are different, figuring out the head adjustment that fits you, figuring out the leg position is also important, play with the raising and lowering of your head. One night you might only need your head raised. One night you might need the legs raised, it sure helps if you've been on your feet all day, raising the feet, helps with the swelling. Try to remember where you have the bed raised so you can go back to those settings. What worked one night, may not work the next night, so adjust one or the other. Head, or feet, till you are comfortable again. My advice is to change a lot, when you first get the Easy frame. Adjust up a little, raise the feet little by little, lay there for few minutes, if your not comfortable, raise a little more. You have your feet raised, you may not have to have the head up. It will work for you, just figuring out what you need is the best for you. I have Reflex Sympathy dystrophy Syndrome RSDS, and Very bad Chronic Pain, I have had back surgery, I just had Breast Cancer in both breasts, I now have Comlex Pain Reginal Syndrome CPRS. Getting a ease adjustable bed, has been life saving for me.

The waveform massage makes the purchase worth it. I'm sure with time I'll appreciate then other adjustments, but i find I sleep better flat so far. The anti snore features just wake me up so not a fan of those at all.
The base itself is very nice and seems very high quality. For the cost the base probably should have color selection and a brightness level as an option.
