We've always purchased Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We bought the adjustable base with our last mattress purchase. It has been awful. The base legs resemble cheap, plastic stackable cups. Anytime my spouse moves during the night, the base jiggles and wakes me from sleep. We've had Temper-Pedic come out and service the base, adjust the legs to no avail. Do not purchase!!

Nice bed for the price. Needed an adjustable split king and this works well. Not as cool sleeping as my old breeze but it will work.

I use a power wheelchair and it was difficult to get close to my last bed but the new base sits at the perfect height for the bigger wheel to fit under the bed and make transferring in and out of bed easier and safer.

I bought a split king from Tempurpedic and got the electric base to go with the bed. Biggest mistake I have ever made. Returned the beds because they are just so uncomfortable. I didn't know that once you buy the bed frame, you can't return it. So, now I am stuck with these flimsy bed frames with no mattresses. The price is definitely not worth it either. I had a Tempurpedic bed for over 20 years. It was an amazing bed, but it was worn out and tried to buy one similar to the one we had. Bought 2 different beds and returned both because the are not at all like the old bed. Customer service said you can't return it and doesn't want to deal with you. I am now $2500 down because I have no use for these bed frames. I am so disappointed in Tempurpedic. I will never buy another product from them. So sad 😞

I rwally like the Ease Power Base. This is my second one to buy. I actually bought this one because my son was in a really bad accident and he has to sleep almost sitting straight up so this is perfect!

This is a great bed base for those of us desiring only basic function without the extra frills of under-bed lighting and USB ports for phone charging, or the extra things to malfunction those frills add. However, and most unfortunately, and very disappointing, is the sad fact that one must spend the extra money for those "frills" just to get what should absolutely be a basic function not lumped in with the "extra frills" - favorite position memory settings. If the Ease base included this basic function, I would have easily given it five stars.

We've had 2 bases in less than 2 years and both bases move/shake when rolling over in bed. I DO NOT recommend the base. The 'white glove delivery service' is a joke. The delivery men do not tighten the legs, which should be part of the delivery service. We will never purchase this product again and I do not recommend! And yes, I've contacted service several times about the issue.

My unit has been broken longer than I have had it. Purchased my unit in December of 2025 and in January 2026 the head stop moving. It is now March and it still doesn't work. So I can really say if it's a good purchase or not. Next appointment is in 2 weeks I guess we will have to see if it's time to send it back

Have only had the bed a month or so but loving it. The base seems very well built and smooth when operating. Seems like a commercial product in that it doesnt creak every time it articulates.

I like the manual raise and lower and lumbar function .
The vibration mode seems to be a waste , it never reaches my lower back where I thought it would be effective with back pain relief . Vibrating my head and feet and nothing in the middle is kinda useless !
Sleep tracker is great , really like this feature . Nice to be able to see and track your sleep patterns and how eating , exercise , air quality etc affects your sleep and how habits can improve or worsen your sleep .
Snore feature works good and really seems to work .
Wish the motors were a little less noisy , they are quite loud .
Product appears well made but still needs improvements .

Love it -BUT- I have 1 suggestion: Remote needs to Light up at night! Extremely HARD to see what you are looking for ! ONLY lights up when you activate the buttons! Should activate when remote is PICKED UP with out PRESSING buttons

My bed, even though I stopped using the remote, kept creeping away from the wall, and when I'd
slide it back, it would put pressure on the legs, and eventually they became loose.and I had a couple legs pull the fittings out, withe the screws still in them.

We bought it for ourselves with a firm queen size mattress. We were not happy with the mattress and we returned it. It was too hard and we also found out too small.. while we could not return the queen size base we did return the queen size mattress and ordered another similar mattress in king size. Because we were unable to return the queen base we moved it across the hall to our sons room, where he now enjoys it
The king size adjustable base is way too expensive so we bought a foundation for the new King mattress
His favorite part about the adjustable base is zero gravity
All in all, it's a good product

Ordered a Sealy mattress & adjustable frame online with home delivery from Sealy. Was a little apprehensive about ordering online, but delivery people were so efficient. They installed it seamlessly in our bedroom. Frame works well & fit inside our current log bed using leg extensions that were included. No massage feature but we truly didn't like that function on bases we tried out at various stores. This base works well & hope it continues to do so in future. Love the zero-G feature to stretch out in the morning!

It's good. The massage works great. The Sleeptracker app is alright, but there are still some glitches in it. Sometimes it's right on, but other times it thinks you're still in bed hours after getting up.

Absolutely love the vibration functions when winding down. Have sciatica and lower back pain constantly, and stand for up to 11 hours a day and this has very much helped to relax my back and provided great sleep. Didn't even know about the sensors in the base that monitors air purity and sleep, but have been finding myself changing my habits and monitoring them constantly.

The Ease Power Base is simple to operate with the use of the remote control. I only use a slight elevation of the knees to help relieve my back minimal pain. Initially I was not planning on getting a power base, but decided that as I get older, I may have a stronger need for a power base. I am satisfied with my decision.

I called TEMPURPEDIC and was told the Remote was defective but, did not offer to change it for something SAFE. I was told my batteries were bad. I bought NEW ones and put them in - remote started to SMOKE and left effervescence inside. FRIED BATTERIES! Hard to remove. Called 3 times and pawned off to to REVERIE TO A VIRTUAL assistant! NO SERVICE what so every. $5,000! BED IS STUCK in upright position! NOT even an offer to replace! ON HOLD NOW with escalation dept. I think a lawyer might be better! BAD BAD BAD!
