Very attractive cover design. Showroom sample felt medium, but salesman should have "coached us" to more try's and other mattresses to be sure we select the right hardness mattress. We were "close", but a little too hard (selected medium, should have soft).

Unfortunately, my experience on this new purchase is not what I expect from tempurpedic as a repeat customer. The new mattress is too soft and not as firm as my cloud that i recently replaced. When I reached out to customer service, the representative known only as Vanessa, was only interested in it being a transactional experience. The response only mentioned how much it would cost to return the mattress, not what they can do to retain me as a customer. There are competitors that offer better value, which did not exist 15 years ago. This experience is not worth my time and hard earned money.

Somewhat liked this, but both wife and I got lower back stiffness when using this mattress so we op-ted for the Pro-Adapt and love it as it is a little bit less firm and little more forgiving on lower backs if you tend to get sore in that area, but then again we are older, but quite active yet at 71 and 78.

I love my Tempura-Adapt Medium Hybrid. It is very supportive and incredibly comfortable.
To date the only issue I have had is that when I went to register my mattress, there was no tag with a serial number on the mattress. I did not take it off. I looked all around the bed on the floor in case it had fallen off, to no avail. I wanted to register my product for the obvious reason of maintaining the warranty, plus the offered sales promotion. I called Mattress Firm (Beltline Hwy - Madison WI) to ask them about it. The staff member I talked to told me the that sales person I had worked with was busy, but he would convey the message to him and either he, or my sales person would get back to me by the COB of the next day. That was almost a month ago, and I still have not heard anything. The only reason I am pursuing this is on the off chance that something is wrong with my mattress I want to make sure there is record of the product I purchased with the company.

We are pleased with this mattress. It was comfortable the first night and got even better after a few. It doesn't seem to sleep hot. We will see as the season warms up.

I can't say enough about the Tempurpedic Adapt Medium mattress. The quality is top notch, and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. The zero-gravity base is the perfect solution for back pain and swelling of the legs and ankles. I am so happy we chose this product and are getting the best sleep ever.

Delivery people were on time and professional and courteous, and removed old mattress and put new ones where they go, and removed packaging, etc. This is the 4th TempurPedic we have bought and this one is even more comfortable and cooler than the last one.

After just a couple of nights my shoulder pain was gone. I always slept on my side switching from side to side waking up with pain in my shoulders every morning. On my old mattress I was using up to three pillows to help elevate my upper body and keep my shoulders off the mattress. Now i am using just one pillow (that came with my purchase} with my new mattress and I haven't woken up with pain in my shoulders - what a relief. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Within 30 days the mattress was already sagging significantly in the middle, it's advertised as Medium but it is "Soft" firmness at best. You may be inclined to save some money on this cheaper version but it is not a good mattress.

The bed had very little support, especially considering the price. Customer service felt cold and scripted, with zero real compassion, and the refund process dragged on for almost a month. Be aware there is a $179 return fee that wasn't obvious at the time of purchase. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend buying this mattress. I'd suggest keeping your options open and looking elsewhere.

For years, I struggled with back pain that affected my sleep and left me waking up sore every morning. When I stayed at a relative's house and slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress, I noticed a difference within just a few days - my pain disappeared and my sleep improved dramatically.
Later, after moving into my own place with a different new mattress, the pain eventually returned. That's when I decided to buy the same Tempur-Pedic mattress I had tried before. It was the best decision I could have made.
Now I sleep 8 hours straight and wake up pain-free. A friend once told me we spend most of our time on two things - our mattress and our shoes - so they both need to be comfortable. If you want to get the mattress part right, I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic.

I was so so excited for this mattress as it was my first bed I bought as an adult and had a 20 years old Tempur-Pedic hammy down from my parents but was very disappointed upon arrival. The mattress at first was hard as a rock, like I truly thought this was a mistake I got the wrong mattress. Then it softened up a LITTLE bit to the warmer temperature in my house but this is a very different feel to the other medium hybrid mattress I tested in store, all of the adapt and cloud models I tried out, and none of the "medium"s felt this dense or firm. I'm very very disappointed with the coat and product quality and have no way to return. Save your money just get a good standard spring mattress instead it will last decades.

We were looking for a firm bed to help with some back issues. All of the firm or extra-firm beds we tried in stores were like laying on plywood. Sure, they were firm but they were uncomfortable. Then we tried the Adapt Medium and were surprised how much support it gave but was also comfortable. We have had it for a month now and are very happy with our purchase.

The mattress seemed supportive enough when we tried it in the store but after several weeks use we find it too soft. Had to put a piece of plywood on the edge so I don't slip off the bed. Unfortunately this replaced the first mattress we tried and Denver Mattress won't replace it again.

My sales receipt says I paid for Adapt 2.0 but this review (generated from your records) says 1.0? That makes me question what I'm actually sleeping on, what I tried in the store and paid for or the warehouse sent the older version. As far as quality, generally sleeping better now but hard to break it in. NOt as comfortable as the one I tried in the store. If I actually recieved the older version (1.0), I need to be contacted.

My husband and I bought a cheap mattress after college. It was a hybrid and was HORRIBLE. Our TempurPedic is one of the best products we ever spent our money on. We are both side sleepers and occasionally on our backs. It is so comfortable and we both stay asleep throughout the night. Even our cats love it. My husband also tends to sweat and get hot at night. This mattress is so cooling and he hasn't complained about being hot since we purchased. Highly recommend!

Worst most uncaring people I've ever dealt with. This product is nothing like the old ones. I purchased an Adapt topper and I sink right into it - it has none of the same great qualities of the previously purchased toppers. I explained all of this to multiple customer service agents and they just didn't care and refused to issue any sort of return or refund.

This is our second Temper-Pedic mattress. We purchased our first mattress over 25 years ago and loved it. We decided to replace that mattress with a newer model and just purchase that mattress during the Cyber Monday sales of 2025. My wife and I love the firmness, the contouring and support this mattress gives. We don't feel the other moving as we adjust the way we are sleeping during the night. This mattress is cooler than the old one so that is definitely a plus?
